| Phoebe's middle name "Eliana" is Hebrew for "God has answered", and I am sincerely grateful to Him for bringing us together in His perfect time; to our agency, Harrah Family Services, for their dilligence and for not giving up on our family when the going got tough; to the China Center for Adoption Affairs for entrusting me with another precious child; and to our incredible family and friends, especially the Nov2001DTC group, for their unfailing love and support through all the trials of this past year. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ UPDATE! We traveled from March 24 to April 14, 2003 to bring Phoebe home, making an extended trip to allow for touring and visiting friends in China. We had an incredible time and the best part was receiving Phoebe!!. Click here for new photos! |

| Phoebe is currently residing with a foster family through the Wanzai Social Welfare Institute in Jiangxi Province, People's Republic of China. She was born in June 2002 and her referral was received in February 2003 At her medical exam at 6 months of age, she was 62cm (24.5 inches) long and weighed 6kg (13.5 lbs.). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |
